US announces final AD determination on India’s stainless steel bars

According to the final result of the anti-dumping duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that exporters/producers of stainless steel bars from India sold their products at prices lower than fair value during the period of review from February 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021.
The weighted-average dumping margin for Laxcon Steels was set at 3.76%, and that for Venus Wire Industries was at 0%.
This order was applicable from September 8, 2022.
