Turkey launches AD sunset review on China’s seamless pipes

Turkey has launched a sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) on imports of seamless pipes from China.
A definitive final AD duty was started to be imposed on August 4, 2016, and the duty rate for China’s producers and exporters of subject goods was set at US$100/ton or US$120/ton depending on different companies.
This review was launched based on the application filed by Turkey’s producer Sardoğan, claiming that the dumped products from China continued to cause material injuries.
