HRC prices in Europe fall back

The recent weakened global price trends may affect European prices. Local buyers have a negative attitude and purchase conservatively. However, at present EU mills are supplying hot-rolled coil (HRC) with the fourth-quarter delivery, and the capacity quota has been full.
Some distributors believed that market prices in the short term will fluctuate much, but the trend didn't fall continuously.
In terms of import HRC, the EU decided to extend the safeguard measures for three years, so low-priced imported HRC is unlikely to affect the EU market.
