US makes final AD ruling on seamless pipes from Czechia

On March 2, 2021, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced that it has made an anti-dumping (AD) affirmative decision on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe imported from the Czech Republic.
The ruling ruled that the dumping rate of Czech producers or exporters was 51.07% to 51.70%.
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) was expected to make a final decision on industrial damage in this case on April 15, 2021.
