Colombia decides to end AD measures on China’s aluminum profiles

On June 16, 2021, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism made the final ruling of the second final anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on aluminum profiles originating in China.
According to the ruling, there is no clear evidence to prove that the elimination of AD duties on the subject goods would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to Colombia’s industry. Therefore, the AD investigation will be ended and the existing measures will not be extended.
The products involved are under HS codes 7604.21.00.00, 7604.29.10.00, 7604.29.20.00, 7608.10.90.00, and 7608.20.00.00.
