US makes final AD ruling on South Korea’s corrosion-resistant steel products

According to the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), South Korea sold its corrosion-resistant steel products at prices lower than the fair value in the US market during the period of review from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
According to the ruling, the final average dumping margin for Dongbu Steel was set at 0.86%, and that for Dongkuk Steel was 0.76%, both of which were lower than the previous 2.43%. Hyundai Steel will be subject to a dumping margin at zero, the same as the result of the previous administrative review conducted by the USDOC.
