Mexico launches the first AD sunset review of HRC from 3 countries

The Mexican Economic Secretariat (SE) officially announced on December 17, 2020 that it has initiated the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review of hot rolled coil (HRC) originating from Germany, China and France as required. Ternium México from SA de CV and Altos Hornos de S.A.B. de C.V. (AHMSA) from Mexico.
During the investigation, the existing anti-dumping measures are still effective.
The period of the dumping investigation is from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, and the damage analysis period is from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2020.
The products involved are subject to TIGIE's tariff codes 7208.36.01, 7208.37.01, 7208.38.01, 7208.39.01, 7225.30.02, 7225.30.03 and 7225.30.99.
