NLMK Group expands range of structural steels

According to the report, NLMK Group provided a batch of weathering-resistant steel to the VinProf company for testing purposes.
The product has a higher resistance to atmospheric corrosion and is used to produce trellis systems- the supporting structure of vines.
The key feature of this steel is the presence of an oxide layer or patina on its surface, which makes it difficult for oxygen to penetrate into the metal and inhibit the further corrosion process. The main chemical components of steel are nickel, copper, and chromium.
