US announces final result of fifth sunset AD review on silicomanganese from China & Ukraine
According to report, US Department of Commerce announced the final result of the expedited fifth sunset reviews of anti-dumping order on silicomanganese from China and Ukraine.
It determined that if revoking the anti-dumping duty orders on silicomanganese from China and Ukraine would be result in continuation or recurrence of dumping. The indicated dumping level will be 150% from China and 163% from Ukraine. The measure was effective from March 7, 2024.
