Canada launches expiry review of AD duty on hollow structural sections from South Korea & Turkey
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has announced that it has launched an expiry review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty on hollow structural sections from South Korea and Turkey.

The investigation is to see if the expiry of the order is likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of the dumping of the subject products.

The CBSA will make a decision no later than February 6, 2025, and will send a Statement of Reasons by February 21, 2025.

The current AD duty on hollow structural sections from both countries is 89% of the export price.

The HS codes for the products involved are 7306.30.00.41, 7306.30.00.51, 7306.30.00.61, 7306.30.00.71, 7306.30.00.89, 7306.50.00.00, 7306.61.00.39, and 7306.61.00.49.
