Mexico imposes AD & CVD on China's concrete nails
According to a notice from Mexico’s Ministry of Economy, the government has imposed anti-dumping (AD) and compensatory (CVD) duties of 31% on imported concrete nails from China. Also, there is a 35% duty for imports from countries without a free trade agreement with Mexico.

The Mexican government published the conclusion that the investigation procedure on unfair international trade practices and a final ad valorem compensatory fee of 31% on imports of steel nails for concrete originating in China.

The HS code for the products involved is 7317.00.99 of the TIGIE.

The investigation was made at the request of the domestic companies Clavos Mexico and Clavos CN, both from Group CN. Grupo DeAcero and Truper also supported the request.
